Now if you have this slowness on both battery power & pluged in, then it's likely a seperate issue which would need a seperate fix. This could be because I only have the Nvidia GPU and not both a GPU & an intel controled GPU as well. I will note, upon testing this on my own machine, I did not have the option to change what GPU is used. So I'd confirm what controls your graphics setings outside of the Windows environment & change them there. This setting may be different for users who only have Intel, or AMD based graphics or CPUs. My friend runs a ASUS ROG with a Nvidia Graphics card that runs through the Nvidia control pannel. (This is for you users who use a Laptop for your gaming needs.) I didn't see a resolution to this issue in the comments here so I'll post my resolution.
